第一类：这些英文缩写基本都由几个单词的首字母组成。

如UN就是United Nations在短信中;亦或是发音相似的常用词单代替，数字最被常用来代替某些单词的发音，来看看这些例子：

第二类：缩写

被缩写简洁后的单词发音仍旧与原来无差别，如plz为please，b为be，意思仍是一样的，去掉不必要的部分同时保持意思明确。数字8有时代表eight的音，因此later变成了l8r。数字4也常用于替代for 就象2取代to。看这些SMS(短信常用)的缩写：
