(1)快速跳空读全文,不要急于看选项;
研究挖空前后空,线索复现再寻找;
再看选项寻搭配,语义辨析看情景;
情态动词:can,would,could,must,may,should,need(在否定句和疑问句中)。
使役动词:make,let,have.
助动词:do,does,don’t,doesn’t,didn’t.
Why not=why don’t you.
所有介词(to除外):about,for,in,on,by,at,with,of…etc.
一些单词:find(found),practice,finish,have fun,enjoy,mind,stand,like.
Would like to do sth, want to do sth ,plan to do sth.,decide to do sth. Can’t wait to do sth(迫不及待地做某事)
常放在动词或介词的后面(也就是常说的动宾或介宾短语) This is a photo of mine(除外)。
Peter and Paul passed by a small house on their way home late at night.
One morning a fox was searching for his breakfast.
One morning a fox was searching for his breakfast. He went down to the lake to(36) some fish.
36. A. catch B. buy C. smell D. cook
Key:A 从前面出现search for his breakfast。可以去catch some fish.
1)Not wanting the rabbit to discover him, the fox moved(37)towards his meal.
37. A. nosily B. silently C. confidently D. angrily
Key: B 从not wanting the rabbit to discover him,所以需要静悄悄地走向他的目标
2)The poor fox could not find anything to catch for food and ended up (45) fruit.
45. A. growing B. eating C. picking D. selling
3)This shows us that sometimes a(46)mind can think better than an excited one.”
46. A. beautiful B. smart C. peaceful D. Quick
At that moment the rabbit he had met the day before started jumping up and down, making a (43) noise to warn his friends.
43. A. loud B. low C. usual D. dangerous
